Jenny DuFresne is the CEO of the DuFresne Solutions Group, a leadership development and training firm. As a result of working with her firm, mid-level managers build great teams, reduce employee turnover, and build vibrant and happy company culture. Jenny’s 10-year service as a United States Marine forms her leadership foundation. As a trailblazing leader, she applied these leadership lessons and founded the only all-male public charter elementary school in Washington, DC. In the summer of 2013, Ivy came across an opportunity to join a small, but growing, outdoor consumer products company called YETI Coolers. This would be her first in-house recruiting gig as she always worked on the consulting side of the recruiting industry. She was excited by the opportunity to be the company’s full time Recruiter helping YETI attract talent from all over the US introducing them to YETI and to Austin. Over the past 4+ years, Ivy has lead the recruiting initiatives and helped the company’s leadership team grow the business from just 75 employees domestically to over 500 employees internationally. Due to her passion for maintaining the YETI culture and ensuring that all of the employees are able to realize their highest potential, she was uniquely qualified to take on the role of Director of Global Employee Experience & Development, which was offered to her in February 2018. Ivy’s mantra is “Do what you love and love what you do. It’s the only way to do great work!”

Lydia is a Career Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison. She provides direction and assistance to clients in career transition through individual and executive coaching. She supports clients at all organizational levels and backgrounds to solidify career goals and next steps, whether continuing on the same path or changing direction. She works individually with clients to develop and emphasize personal strengths and accomplishments, to best showcase a candidate and maximize effectiveness when moving forward in the market. She coaches clients on a broad range of topics including communication strategies, networking, interviewing, salary negotiations, and a host of other skills.

Tzatzil is the Senior Content Marketing Strategist for Sensis, a cross-cultural digital agency. She leads content strategy and execution for all Sensis TX clients from creative conception through completion across paid, owned and earned media. Prior to Sensis, Tzatzil founded Tough Cookies, a fitness training and multi-sport event company based in Austin, TX. The mother of four boys volunteers her time serving as Hispanic Caucus State Committeewoman for the Texas Democratic Party and as Council Advisor for HERdacity. Tzatzil has an MBA in Marketing and MS in Media Management from Boston University and a BFA in Acting/Film and Television from NYU.

Mary is the President & CEO of HERdacity, a women’s leadership nonprofit dedicated to driving women’s economic empowerment by bringing women together to support each other to lead their best lives. She speaks regularly at conferences and workshops on women’s leadership, women in the workplace issues, career and networking. Prior to joining HERdacity, Mary was the Director of Business Planning & Analytics in Dell/EMC’s multi-billion-dollar Retail segment where she led strategy and marketing initiatives. While at Dell, Mary led Dell’s Legacy of Good initiative for the 1000+ member Consumer and Small Business group. In 2016, Mary was selected to lead Dell’s PRIDE community global pillar to drive LGBT diversity and inclusion. Dell earned the Human Rights Campaign Foundation “Best Place to Work” for LGBT 2016, 2017.

Liz Bronson is the owner of Liz Bronson Consulting- a recruiting company helping teams maximize their hiring processes by identifying the right roles, asking the right questions, and collecting the important feedback to make the best hire. Liz is passionate around designing authentic, candidate-centric recruiting processes that match a company’s culture. Some of Liz’s clients have been Pulumi, Evernote, Nutanix, Hortonworks, SignalFx and Zugata. Liz also does career coaching, general management coaching, and co-hosts a podcast called Real Job Talk (available on iTunes). Before starting her company, Liz worked for VMware building their Product Management and Marketing teams, and prior to VMware, Liz was a part of the HR team at Barclays Global Investors.
When she’s not working, Liz spends time with her husband, Erick and their children Lexie and Zackary exploring Austin restaurants, hiking trails and places to take their 2 dogs. Liz is also active with Generation SERVE, a local nonprofit providing children with opportunities to volunteer, where she served as a Board member for four years. Liz enjoys new adventures, cooking, exercise, laughing with friends and getting lost in a good novel.
