DARING Leadership: Brené Brown Style | Webinar

eed help showing up in a courageous, authentic way?

Leadership, in both personal and professional arenas, is a learned skill that can be taught and measured. Most of us want to be brave and build courageous lives, families, teams and organizational cultures but need a language and road map to do it! HERdacity and Maeve O’Neill, a Certified Daring Way & Dare To Lead Facilitator, shared (based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown)Dare to Lead™, an empirically based courage-building program that requires brave work, tough conversations, and truly showing up. Daring leadership is a collection of four skill sets that are 100% teachable.

During the webinar, we addressed the following:

  • How we react to fear and choosing to lean in to risk, uncertainty, and emotional exposure.
  • Clarity on our values and the gap between our desired values and our behavior.
  • How trust is built and destroyed in organisations.
  • Resilience; failing forward (learning whilst failing).
